What do I do if I have a faulty item?Updated a year ago
Please get in touch with the Showroom where you purchased your item for assistance with any faults, repairs or other issues. If you purchased your item online, please get in touch with our Customer Care team via phone, email or live chat (see details below).
If your purchase has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying it and has a major fault, you choose the remedy – refund, exchange, repair or compensation. If there is a minor fault, the item will be repaired or replaced at the showroom's discretion.
