How can I collect my order from a Hubbed location?

Collecting your order from a Hubbed location is a breeze. You only need a valid photo ID, such as a driver's license or passport. When you arrive at the pickup point, provide your Design 10 order number to the staff. You can also display the pickup notification along with your photo ID to facilitate the process, making it quick and hassle-free to retrieve your parcel.

Can I use Hubbed for returns from Design 10?

Absolutely! Just as you would for picking up parcels from a local Hubbed location, you can also utilize Hubbed for returning products ordered from Design 10's main website.

Initiating a return through your Design 10 account allows you to arrange a Hubbed return. After submitting your return request, choose the option to drop off your parcel at the nearest Hubbed location. You'll receive a provided returns label that should be affixed to your package, ensuring a smooth return process.

If visiting a Hubbed location is inconvenient, there's an alternative. You can arrange a parcel pickup from your address for a nominal fee of $4.95.
